The "Break-Away" introducer/dilator is advanced to the pylorus. The "J" wire is delivered directly into the duodenum (as the second alternative).
5.
The dilator is removed from the introducer without dislodging the guide wire.
6.
The lubricated G-Tube is advanced over the "J" wire, through the introducer and into the duodenum.
